P5 promoter - BD18 C dog - Melamine Deaminase gene in Scaffold 2.0

The P5 promoter (highest) and the BD18 C dog RBS (medium) drive expression of the Melamine Deaminase gene. The elements are in Scaffold 2.0 for use in Junction Golden Gate Assembly with BsaI. The melamine deaminase enzyme converts melamine to ammeline.
